| My fully equipped studio is located on Larchmont Blvd. in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles. The setting is very private, as I am the sole instructor. I teach using the Classical Pilates Method and in addition to effectively working with individuals who want to get in shape, I am experienced working with clients who are: |
- Recovering from back (or other) injury
- Recovering post mastectomy (I am Pink Ribbon Program certified)
- Pre and post-natal
